Entire letter from Bahia to Marseille endorsed ´per Navarre´ at top, struck with superb octagonal PORTUGAL-NAVARRE Paquebot datestamp (Dec 17) in black (Salles 1024-´RR´, used three years earlier than listed) applied at Lisbon. Reverse with Bordeaux (Dec 21) transit and Marseille arrival cds. A delightful and very rare entire.
