FR. Nº2 datestamp (Salles 1402) of the steamer LAFAYETTE with AGEN arrival on reverse. Very fine and scarce.

Este fechador de línea (nº 3) solo fue utilizado en un viaje, a la ida en el Paquebot ´Amerique´ (9-Enero) y a la vuelta en el paquebot ´Ville de Marseille´ (22-Febr.) (Ver Salles nº 1406/3). Rarísima, dos o tres conocidas.

Framed ´R´at left and reverse with rare octagonal LIGNE A-PAQ. FR. No. 1 Paquebot datestamp (Oct 9) in black and arrivals (Oct 24). Opens well for Exhibit display, a rare cover.

FR. Nº2 datestamp (Salles 1406) and BREST arrival on reverse. Superb item of military mail.
