Overweight and marked ´2´ at left (double) and taxed on arrival with 1870 Postage Due 40c. pair tied at Genova in black (Aug 29). Framed AFFRANCHISEMENT/INSUFFISANT in red below.

Fault but an extraoridinary franking and possibly the largest known unit of the 1 fr. Yv. T-15, 21, 25 (18).
